This means that vitamin C and bioflavonoids can have a huge positive effect on gout by reducing sensitivity, and both works to reduce the levels of uric acid in the body.
The good news is that increasing both, can be done easily and naturally.
Supplements that have at least 500 to 1500mg of high-quality vitamin C or citrus bioflavonoids are the best choice. If you suffer from heartburn, then you can use some form of buffered vitamin C supplement like sodium ascorbate because it’s not soo acidic and won’t cause digestive problems.
