- 6 prunes
- 100 ml. of water
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- teaspoon of ground flax seeds
- teaspoon of cocoa
- 300 ml of kefir
Put 6 prunes in a bowl and pour 100 ml of warm water over them. Then leave the bowel covered for 1o minutes.
In the same time in another bowel put a teaspoon of ground flax seed, teaspoon of cocoa and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
Then add 300 ml of kefir and stir well.
At the end chop the prunes and put them in the mixture. Stir again.
Keep the mixture in the fridge overnight and consume them in the morning for breakfast.
After one month you will have 3-5 kg less fat deposits around the belly.
